Mobile cart dust collector consists of three main parts: blower,

dust collector body and ash discharge system, and adopts the

design of mobile cover type collection and centre system, the

dust suction port moves with the cart and seals the silo mouth.

The design of one dust box, dust collector is placed on both sides

of the platform in two groups, and the ash discharge device is

underneath. Extend the platform by about 1.8 metres and add a

guide wheel at the bottom to ensure the carrying and balancing

requirements of the additional dust removal system facilities.

The fan, small air compressor, air filter and oil-water separator

are concentrated in the middle part of the box, and the air cooling

the car and use the bottom double discharging ports and the top

air outlet as the air outlet flue.
